First, copy the subtitle file in the folder where the input video is, launch the software, select To VCD, To DVD, To SVCD, To MPEG1, or To MPEG2 option, click the Open/Add button and select your video. After that, check the Auto add subtitle option, select an output directory, press Convert & Burn icon and follow the on-screen instructions. If it doesn't work, you can check Software Informer database for a similar application.
