I cannot make a call for almost a week now. When I call, it rings once and automatically freezes, until is closed off. What could be the problem? I have sent a request to customer care but received no response.
When you encounter calling issues, try to update the application to its latest version. You can download it from the official website. Go to the website and download the client for the operating system installed in your computer. Make sure to remove the previous version first.
Alternatively, check the firewall of your computer to be configured correctly to allow communication to Internet for the client.
