From what it seems, Acer eRecovery Management doesn't have a restore to default feature and the only way to reset it is to uninstall and reinstall it. In order to remove it from your computer, you can use the Add or Remove Programs feature (Control Panel > Uninstall a program). After that, run a registry cleaner to make sure that there are no leftover rogue registry keys in your system and navigate to Acer Drivers and Manuals web page to download and install the program. Use the provided options to identify your computer model, select your operating system and click the Applications tab. You will find the software in the provided list.
