It does not work with Windows 7 and I cannot find an update. What to do?

There is no driver for Windows 7. You need to use the manual way. Connect the device to your computer, download the driver then use the manual way of adding the device. Go to Device Manager, right click the item and select Update device. Extract the archive you've downloaded and manually select the INF file.
