My laptop webcam is used by another program.

My laptop webcam is not working properly. It tells me that the camera is used by another program and it's not opening. How can I fix this?

Press Alt + Ctrl + Delete key combination, open the Task Manager and close all applications that may use the webcam. Be sure to close all video editing software, instant messengers and browsers. If the problem persists, uninstall the utility and download and install its latest version.
