You receive this error because the application is either not compatible with your system or you're not using an Administrator account. First thing you should do is to right-click the application installer and select Run as Administrator option. If it doesn't work, right-click again on the installation package, select Properties and go to Compatibility tab. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box and select a compatible operating system from the drop-down list. Click Apply, OK and then try to run the software using Administrator rights.
