Files can't open after a new registration.

I've using this software for starting my Toshiba computer and to protect my photofiles. A few months ago, the program asked me again for a registration of my fingerprints. After the registration, the photofiles (and other) will not open again. How to solve this problem?

You will actually need to re-register your fingerprint, then disable the application completely and reinstall it. Make sure to remove the lock of your files or you will become locked forever.
