The only way to access the computer in order to change the fingerprint, is to boot your PC to Safe Mode. This can be done by restarting the computer and pressing F8 key right before the Windows logo appearance. After you entered Safe Mode, Uninstall the product by going to Start > Control Panel > Programs and features (Add/Remove programs for Windows XP) select the application and hit uninstall. The next step is to download and install the application again. You can download the tool by going to the manufacturer's official website and search for your product. After it is installed, you should be able to set up your own fingerprint.
