I can't open my files on eDAQ EChem software.

I recorded some files on an EG&G potentio-stat (M270) using Echem software (DOS version). I actually cannot open these files using Echem (eDAQ) Windows version. The files I recorded have no file extension. How can I open my files?

In order to fix the issue, try uninstalling (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) the application and then installing it again. Once you finish the installation process, launch the software and drag and drop the files recorded with the DOS version on the main window of the software. If you still can't open the files, use the Contacts page to get in touch with the support team.
