In order to convert a .cdr file to .jpg format you need to download and install CDR Viewer, a free application developed by IdeaMK. Start the application and press the Open File icon. Search for your .cdr file and open it. Go to Save File icon, enter a name for your image, select .jpg from the Save as type list and press Save.
