When I try to open the Hp MediaSmart Photo I only get a black screen. What can I do? I have a Windows 7 64-bit computer.
In order to fix the issue, uninstall the application using Add or Remove Programs feature (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and download and install its latest version. It is fully compatible with both 32 and 64-bit architectures of Windows 7. If it still doesn't work, install HP MediaSmart Photo Application Update which fixes many bugs and crashes.
