VertigoServ is an all-in-one service which contains the most important elements to have a server running with PHP and MySQL support. As I can see on their official website, the product hasn't been updated for a very long time (almost a year). As an updated alternative, I would like to recommend Wamp. Wamp is constantly updated and it's available for free.
