In order to create your project, I suggest you check the tutorial from page 47 from the official user guide. In that exercise, they are using a defined beam with 10m length and 4.5m diameter. If it doesn't help you, use the Contact page to get in touch with the support team. Select Support from the first drop-down list and then Modelling & Calculations from the second one.
