I am having trouble viewing my payments with Kleopatra...

I recently had a computer crash. I had to rebuild the hard drive. When I reinstalled Kleopatra, I followed the instructions just as I had before. But when I try to decrypt the file, it comes up Decryption Failed One unknown recipient. What do I need to do? Thanks

You are trying to decrypt on a machine that does not have the key(s) for the user for which the file was encrypted.
I can simulate the error by decrypt a file for a user who's key i have never imported.

You need to import the secret key for the user for which the file was encrypted.
