To solve this problem, make sure you installed the appropriate driver for your DVD unit. You can find it on the disk that came with the device or visit the manufacturer web page. If you are using this software on a PC with Windows 9x, you can try to go to settings(in application) -> Burn and select the ASPI option. This could solve your problem.
Also, if you have a third party tool for virtual drivers installed on your computer, be sure not to select one of virtual drivers when using the software.
