First, go to Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Device Manger and expand the Disk drives list. Right-click on the DVD driver, select Uninstall and reboot your computer. After that, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and wait Windows to retrieve the drivers. If it doesn't work, it's very likely that InterVideo WinDVD Player does not support the disc you have inserted. In this case, I suggest you install Combined Community Codec Pack and if it doesn't help, try using another DVD player.
