If your USB device is not recognized by your computer, press the Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers list, right-click the USB driver and select Uninstall. Reboot your PC, plug in the USB device and click the Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager. Windows should automatically find an install the driver.
