I received the "Not Connected" message.

Question

When I tried to transfer pictures from my camera to PictureProject, I received the "Not Connected" message. I worked without issues 2 hours ago. What can I do?

Try to check if the camera is connected properly.

In order to fix the issue, press Windows + Pause/Break key combination and open Device Manager. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers list, right-click on the driver and press Uninstall. Reboot the computer, plug in the camera, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and wait for Windows to retrieve the drivers. If the issue persists, I recommend you update the software to the latest version.
