Issues while creating a SAP document.

I'm currently using RWD Info Pak 4.71 to create a SAP document. It worked fine until I installed Office 2003. Recently, I've upgraded Office to 2007 and found Word template document not capturing all the screens during recording once I stopped the recording.

FYI, I was able to view the screen while I used recording mode or pause mode. However, after I stopped the recording, wherein the sync and template generation completed, the word document found without screenshot. Can you help?

This product doesn't appear to be available anymore. No information is provided, however, it appears the version 5.9 was the latest one. The one you have is not compatible with the Office 2007 and because of that you encounter the errors you have specified. You will have to downgrade Office to version 2003 by re-intalling the package again. Additionally, no support or download is provided for version 5.9 or 4.71. Keep Office 2003 installed, then use the compatibility pack to open files created in Office 2007 and later.
