If your webcam does not work properly, use HP Support to download another version of the software. It's possible that it's not compatible with your operating system and because of that you encounter errors. Alternatively, the webcam may be faulty which could lead to serious damage if you plan to use it again. You need to take advantage of warranty service to replace it or buy a new one.
