Internet Explorer issues.

Every time I open my Internet Explorer to browse websites, it is blinking after a short period and it is no longer responding. What can I do?

Try re-installing Internet Explorer

In order to fix the issue, navigate to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program > Turn Windows features on or off, uncheck the Internet Explorer box and click OK. Reboot your computer, go again to Turn Windows feature on or off section and check the box next to Internet Explorer. Also, try uninstalling the toolbars using the Remove Toolbar Buddy utility.
