Problems with my HTC Mozart device.

I've tried to install the Zune software into my HTC Mozart for the first time. While updating, the screen has frozen and an arrow inside the red circle has been displayed on the phone. Now, I'm unable to use any features of the phone. I've already turned it on and off. No result. Also, I've removed the SIM but the problem persists. What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, you need to factory reset the device. For this purpose, I recommend you check its user manual, but basically, you need to turn it off and to press and hold simultaneously Volume Up and Volume Down keys. After that, press Power, select Factory reset from the menu and follow the on-screen instructions. You can use Google search engine to find additional guides, tutorials and tips.
