I am currently using Pinnacle version 11 and having problems creating looping menu with video playing in the background. I could very easily do this with version 9 by dragging the menu into title track. Version 11 would not let me drag the menu into title track. I can of course drag the menu into the menu track which would lead to an opaque and not a transparent menu screen. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

You can use the tutorials available on the Google Search results to learn how to add a looping video to the DVD menu. There is a YouTube video which explains exactly how to loop the video on the menu. Secondly, try adding a MOTION MENU menu item. In version 9, the process worked by simply dragging the menu, but the new versions are a little different. Add a Motion Menu, then select the MPEG file and change its properties to loop continuously.
