I receive "No recording device" message.

I keep getting errors saying "No recording device" even though the microphone is configured in GoldWave. What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, right-click on the sound icon from System Tray and select Recording devices. Right-click anywhere in the Recording tab, check the Show Disabled Devices option, double click the microphone and select Use this device (Enable) as Device usage. Click OK, select it again and press the Set Default button next to Properties.
