Update of USB 2.0 Digital TV receiver.

I have bought a TV receiver ArcSoft TotalMedia 3.5. Trying to update the product through the updater but it rejects the original serial number. What to do?

You Probably updated to Totalmedia Theater 5 or 6. The Totalmedia 3.5 serial key is not meant for either of those versions.
