EwP Client Active X component plug-in failed. Why did that happen?

This plug-in installs from the member's area, where you log-in on the website. You need to check the installation requirements for this ActiveX, as it's possible, that the plug-in is not compatible with the version of the Internet Explorer installed on your computer. Alternatively, go to the Internet Explorer's "Manage Add-ons" and make sure that the plug-in is enabled in the Toolbar and Extensions.
