You receive this error, because the software is not compatible with your system. In order to run the program, your computer needs to meet the minimum system requirements. If the requirements are fulfilled, uninstall the program and reinstall it using the serial key received when you purchased the application. Also, if you have a 64-bit computer, you need to run the software using the Compatibility Mode. Right click on the program icon and go to Properties > Compatibility tab. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box and select Windows XP or a compatible operating system from the drop-down list. Click Apply and then OK.
