All the cameras have manual focus override wheel. Plug the camera to the PC and then spin the wheel attached to its lens. This will stabilize the focus based on the objects in front of the webcam. If have to do this, then it means the camera doesn't have the autofocus feature supported. You can't do anything about it except the mentioned solution.
