Scanner is not working. How to fix it?

The printer and copier work fine. I do not have the CD to install. I downloaded the software and tried. Can you help me in restoring the scanning feature?

To download the scanner drivers, visit the official website of this product. The filename you need to download is UniversalScanDriver_V1.02.19.exe. If you need additional scanning software, click on the Software tab on the left then you can download them.
