I just got a new computer with Windows 7. Do I have to download a newer version of CompuServe for Windows 7?

If your CompuServe version is not working on your PC, yes, you will need to download and install a newer version. Just navigate to the official web page, click the first Download Now button, save the file to your computer and install it following the instructions from System Requirements & Installation Instructions link.
