How do you update without downloading the program again?

I just want to know how to run an update for this program without going to the web site and downloading the entire program?

There is no need to visit the website every time you want to update. Download the latest version of the application and then you will be able to access the built-in update module to acquire the latest version of virus database and any other program's updates released by the developer.
