I have a problem with this application.

I'm not very computer 'friendly'. Can someone help me resolve a problem? I wanted to change my wallpaper on my netbook with Windows 7 Starter. I downloaded the 'Oceanis Change Background Windows 7' but now my opening screen is completely dominated with the Oceanis cartoon with no icons to click to open the desktop shortcut. What should I do?

It looks like the screensaver is actually a rogue application. It's not necessary malware but still, it should be removed. To remove it, obtain a version of AdwCleaner then perform 2-3 scans of your computer. Save the file to a known folder and press Windows Key + E to navigate to that folder.
