My new Freja 300 is not communicating with my laptop.

My new Freja 300 is not communicating with my laptop. It works in local mode as stand alone. Can you help me?

Firstly, try uninstalling the FREJA Win application and then installing it again. After that, connect the device to your computer, press Windows + Pause/Break key combination, open Device Manager and press Scan for hardware changes icon. If it is still not communicating, check if you followed the instructions from the official user manual. Alternatively, use the contact information from the official web page to get in touch with the support team.
