My PC freezes when I run SmarThru.

Every time I run this program, my PC freezes and I have to unplug the power supply cable. Once it's done, it allows me to scan one page only and then it freezes again. What can I do?

In order to fix this issue, I suggest you to download and install the updated version of the program. Go to Samsung Support page, identify your printer model and download the application. Also, check the printer manuals to see if you respect the instructions. If the problems persist, use the Samsung Live Chat service to get in touch with an official technician.
