I have UtherCloset and I am a VIP member of UtherVerse website. Lately, I cannot access my closet to get my clothes. I have paid good money.

I have UtherCloset , and I am a VIP member of UtherVerse website. Lately, I cannot access my closet to get my clothes. I have paid good money. I do not understand this site with the screen shots. I just want my clothes out of it and I want to know how to do this? When I log in after a few seconds it stops responding.
