Changing the dimensions and measuring unit.

How do I change from A4 to 8 1/2" x 11" page size and the rulers from cm to inches as shown in one of the help pictures? I purchased the program in Texas version 9.0.141

You will have to use the built-in help documentation to get the desired information because this is a commercial product. Which means I have to buy it to download it or obtain additional information. There isn't a website configured to hold details about troubleshooting nor a user guide to download it. The HELP section remains the only possible fix.
