I want to build a system power, but when I use the Report button, I receive: "Failed to create the crystal query engine" message. I can't take a report for my project. Can you help?

In order to fix the issue, navigate to (C:) > Windows > System32, right-click on the CRPE32.DLL file and rename it to CRPE32.DLL.OLD. After that, uninstall and reinstall the software. If the error persists, press Windows + R key combination, type regsvr32 "C:\Windows\System32\crqe.dll" and click OK. If it doesn't help, use +49 (0)180 524 70 00 to get in touch with the support team.
