I use third party software that uses Crystal Reports and it's generating TMP files on the root directory (C:). The problem occurs only with Windows 7 (64 bits). Where could I change this option?
You can't as these files are temporary, as their extension suggests. In a normal situation, these files are automatically deleted when you close the program, but if it's not happening, you can manually delete them. You can change the behavior of the application from its configuration panel. Make sure that temporary directory is set to something else other than C:\ drive.
Thanks for your answer. As I'm not a Crystal Report user, would you know if I change this directory in Crystal or it uses some environment variable?
