When I'm trying to print a file it says that the format is unknown. I can manually change each file to .tiff but I need help to configure the software to recognize them. Can you help?
You don't need to manually change the file format to .tiff if it is displayed as "Unknown". Double-click the Unknown entry below the Format section and select TIFF from the drop-down list. In this way BT-PlotAssistant will automatically recognize the files. Check the page 29 from the official user guide for further information.
