The software is not opening after I installed the upgrade.

I installed the upgrade from the website and the software is not opening anymore. I get the Roxio logo and then nothing. What can I do?

You can't open the software, because the upgrade that you installed may not be compatible with your version of Roxio Creator or it is not installed correctly. In order to solve the issue, remove the software (Control Panel > Uninstall the program), run a registry cleaner from Software Informer database and install it again. After that, navigate to Roxio Software Updates page and download and install the files for your version of Roxio Creator. This should fix it. If not, use 1-877-582-6735 phone number to get in touch with the Support team.
