I have a single phase system, 120/240. When it asks for phases I put 2 to get the number of conductors to come out right on the 1 line. When I generate a schedule, the number is wrong. What is wrong with the software?

There is a public download that acts as a manual for the application. The error you experience is nowhere related or explained which means, it's either a program's error or you are doing something completely wrong or in a way that shouldn't be used. I recommend downloading the PDF manual available for this process.

Download manual: http://www.eaton.com/ecm/groups/public/@pub/@electrical/documents/content/985829562466.pdf

Download the manual then go to page 8. That's the page where schedules are explained.
