The application doesn't appear to be available anymore. I checked the official website, but it leads to a default page shown when the domain or hosting has been acquired. Other websites that I checked didn't provide a download possibility for this software, which means you should try to make do with the CD you have. Take some alcohol and a soft cloth then wipe the surface of the CD and try to transfer the whole CD to your PC and install it from there.
There really isn't a source to use in order to download the application.
