How to install the new version?

I have a Dell Inspiron n5010 laptop and I updated Dell Webcam Central to the new version. After that, I reinstalled the old version which is not working. How to install the new one? I tried, but there is an error saying that the program is already running in my system.

First, press Alt + Ctrl + Delete key combination, open Task Manager, click the Processes tab and check if the software is running in background. If you find the utility, select it and press the End Process button. After that, uninstall the program using its uninstaller or Add or Remove Programs feature, run CCleaner to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system and install the new version using Administrator rights.
