Firstly, try to send only the Arabic files without selecting anything else. If you can't, go to Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Device Manager, locate the Bluetooth device, right-click on its icon and select Uninstall. Reboot your computer, make sure that the Bluetooth device is connected, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and reinstall the drivers.
