Right-click on the Computer icon, select Manage and open Device Manager. After that, locate the Bluetooth driver, select it and click the Delete key. Reboot your PC and press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager. Windows will automatically retrieve the drivers. If you still have issues, navigate to Toshiba Support page, identify your computer model and download and install the latest Bluetooth files available.
