I've been trying to uninstall Norton for months. Add or Remove doesn't work. What should I do?

If the classic way of uninstall an application is not working for you, there is a utility you can use. Norton provides users with a method for removing their products. Visit Norton Support, choose your installed product and download the utility, you will be able to remove Norton from your computer.
