First, make sure that your computer meets the minimum system requirements to run the application:
- Operating System: Windows XP, Vista, or 7;
- Processor: 2.0 GHz;
- Free hard disk space: 1GB;
- RAM: 4GB or higher (Windows 7);
- Internet connection: ADSL 512 kbps;
- Screen resolution: 1024 x 768;
If the requirements are fulfilled, remove it from your computer and download and install it again using the serial key received when you purchased the software. If you have issues to reinstall it, check the official installation guide.
