Nerolive.exe wakes up and runs at midnight every night. This occurs even if I have not used any multimedia Nero product since booting. What is it and how do I stop it? It runs every night.

NeroLive is an old tool that updates your Nero products automatically. However, it seems to be discontinued and no longer supported by its developer. In order to stop it, you will need to remove it from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program). If you want to upgrade your Nero software, you can do it through Upgrade Center. I suggest you contact the developer for further information.
