In order to solve this issue, I suggest you press the Windows + R key combination, type Devmgmt.msc in the provided field and click OK. In the Device Manager window, double click on IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers, go to IDE Channel > Properties > Advanced Settings and check the Enable DMA box. If this doesn't solve the problem, try burning the movie to a lower speed. Also, I suggest you purchase a new DVD from another provider. If this doesn't fix the error, you should reinstall the program.
