When I run the Hotspot shield I can't open any web page because the Explorer doesn't open, only this program's home page. I wanna a solution please.
You need to click on the system tray icon, then use Connect and wait for the process to finish. If you encounter errors during the connection, try to re-install it by obtaining a new package from the developer's website.
